ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PEANUT FREE?

No, although some of our products do not contain peanuts, we cannot guarantee that our products are from a peanut free facility.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We currently offer flat rate shipping for $15.00 (Ontario and Quebec ONLY) and $20 for all other provinces.

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT OR POP UP SHOP?

No, we don't have a store front but we are a vendor at the Nooks General Store in the Oshawa Centre (419 King St W., Oshawa) and the Nooks Port Hope (68 Walton St., Port Hope) and we have a huge variety of ready made sweets and treats.

WILL MY CANDY CONES LOOK EXACTLY AS PICTURED?

Our inventory is constantly changing so we can offer the freshest and highest quality of candy. The candy may vary from order to order but we will always use colours relevant to the theme.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER TO LOCAL COLLECTION, CAN I PICK UP TODAY?

All of our orders are made fresh to order so we need some time to prepare your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to pick up.

HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER BE READY?

We aim to have all orders ready for shipping/collection within 2-4 business days, if you need your order sooner please message us and we will try our best to accommodate. If you place an order for a future date, please just let us know and we can make sure it's ready for the requested date.
